• Long term management plan development based upon funding available

• Provide consulting exit strategy to prepare sites for closure based on analysis of each property's approved MBI and LTMP

• Consulting on escrow funds management in conjunction with regulatory agencies

• Fulfillment of the terms of both the LTMP and CE within the guidelines of regulatory oversight

• Communication with landowners, providing answers and assurance regarding the provisions of long-term stewardship and land management

• Regulatory agency coordination, including the production of annual documentation regarding site performance

• Annual and Catastrophic events monitoring for all events affecting a site's ecosystem in perpetuity

• Provide technical field inspections at sites in perpetuity
